Early bird registration for workshops
Register for your workshop by September 30 to receive the early bird rate of $70. 
The cost will be $80 for registrations after September 30.

Pre-register your photo slideshow by Sep 30 to be included in the show.
Click here to find out more about the Members Photo Slideshow which can include images of paintings or carvings as well as photographs. 
Payment ($8 to have 50 photos included) can be made online or at registration.

Register and deliver your artwork from Noon - 8:00
Deliver to Prairieland Park, Hall E (503 Ruth Street West, Saskatoon)
We cannot accept entries via mail. 

With the tighter time frame (show only 2 days) we no longer accept late registrations.


Cost to enter:
- $8.00 for Juniors
- $8.00 for Members
- $12.00 for Non-members
- $15 for Special Competition entries

Bulk pricing available for an artist with more than 5 entries.

Art participants can receive free art feed back of their entry - be sure to ask!  Note that while this critique will be from a qualified artist, it may or may not be from one of the judges who actually judged your work.

Sunday at the Show

Open to Public 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

10 am - 2 pm
Art participants can receive free art critique of their entry - be sure to ask!

Sunday Auction - 1:00pm
Items to be auctioned:
- Cocktail Glass Competition #5 Carvings (Cash awards for winners)
- Nature Stamp Paintings Special Competition #4 (Cash awards for winners)
- Nature Stamp Photos Special Competition #3 (Cash awards for winners)
- Adult Quick Draw pieces
- Adult Quick Carve pieces 
- Adult Quick Burn pieces

Awards Presentation - 2:00pm
All artists are encouraged to be present at the Awards Ceremony

Lottery draw - Annual raffle items to be awarded

Pick up artwork - 4:00pm
After the Awards Presentation the room will be cleared and participants will line up for entry retrieval (takes about 20 minutes). No pieces will be removed prior to this time without special permission from show chairMust be accompanied by Committee member and have receipt stub for all entries to ensure that pieces go to the correct homes.
